Honestly, our experience with you was nothing like what we expected from a realtor. Not even once did we feel that your focus was simply on closing a deal or finding something within our budget. What stood out from the very beginning was that you actually wanted to understand us — our situation, our priorities, our reservations, our hesitations, and all the questions we were trying to figure out between ourselves. You made us feel like our decision actually mattered to you, and that the relationship was more important than simply closing the deal.
