These terms apply to anyone using mandeepdhesi.ca. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who Runs This Website

mandeepdhesi.ca is the website of Mandeep Dhesi, a Broker who leads the Aura Key Realty team. Aura Key Realty is a real estate team, not a brokerage. Real estate services are provided through RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE, BROKERAGE, independently owned and operated, which is regulated by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Aura Key Realty team working under that brokerage, and “you” means anyone using the site.

2. Information Only, Not Advice

Content on this site is general information about real estate in Ontario. It is not legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice. Laws, rates and programs change, so confirm anything that matters to your decision with a real estate lawyer, an accountant or another qualified professional before you act on it.

Market figures come from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and other named sources and are dated where shown. They describe past activity and do not predict what any property will sell for.

3. Using the Site Does Not Make You a Client

Browsing this site, registering for listings, sending a form or calling us does not by itself create a client relationship with the brokerage. A client relationship starts only when you sign a written agreement with RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE, BROKERAGE. Until then, please do not share confidential details you would not want used in a negotiation.

4. Listings and Registration

Listings are provided through an IDX feed from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx, delivered by our listing vendor, myRealPage. Some listings require free registration to view in full. When you register, the details you give are captured by the listing vendor and passed to our customer records system so the team can follow up. You can have your registration removed at any time by emailing office@aurakeyrealty.ca. How that information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and the board assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. Listing content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, redistributing or collecting it by automated means, including screen scraping or database scraping, is not allowed.

The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA. The trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS® and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by CREA and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

The text, design and images on this site belong to Aura Key Realty and Mandeep Dhesi or are used with permission. You may share a link to any page, but please do not copy the content without written permission. RE/MAX and other names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

The site links to other websites, such as government pages, review platforms, YouTube and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Calls and Messages

Calls to Aura Key Realty are recorded for training and record keeping. Tell the agent at the start of the call if you would rather not be recorded. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text, or email office@aurakeyrealty.ca, to stop messages.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

10. Where These Terms Apply

This site is intended for people in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada, excluding Quebec. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its effective date at the top.
